Initial Reaction: It looked and felt like a quality carrier and we loved the purple and black colour combination as it meant either of us could wear it and not feel conscious about the colour

Cons:
- After almost 2 months of continuous use we really can’t find one.
Value for money? Yes we get loads of use of it.
Overall Reaction: We had tried numerous styles of slings/carriers with our son and he just didn’t like being in any of them. Some can be very difficult to put a fidgety baby into and some aren’t suitable for a baby who wants to see the world and has done since he could hold his own head up. When the Baby Bjorn turned up we were both sceptical but also a little excited. Could this be the carrier that worked for our son? We put our 6 month old baby boy in the carrier and it was very quick and easy to use with no fuss. He seemed very secure and very comfortable and didn’t get fed up of being in it so we decided to take it to Edinburgh with us on a family trip to try it out. I must say our Son loved this carrier. We walked around Edinburgh for over 2 hours with him in it and he didn’t make a sound. He was so interested in everything going on around him that he was occupied for hours.
My partner wore the carrier and found it very comfortable. It distributes the weight brilliantly and you can adjust this yourself with straps to the waist and the shoulders. Also because it is simply adjusting 4 straps that you can reach whilst wearing the carrier (none of this just adjust the strip in the centre of your back whilst trying to put the baby in to the carrier) it meant that I could easily put the carrier on after he had been wearing it and vice versa.
There are a number of features that we both loved but the main ones are the ease in which you can distribute and change the way you carry the weight of your baby using the 4 easy straps effortlessly switching between shoulders, hips and waist and back again. The other great feature is the fact the carrier’s front is entirely detachable so you can easily lay your sleeping child down without waking them.
We love this sling and in many ways wish we had just bitten the bullet and bought one instead of now having 4 other ones which don’t even touch the Baby Bjorn in every way.
