Clothing Review: Amoralia

Amoralia have the most gorgeous collection of maternity and nursing underwear, nightwear and swimming costumes.  I was asked if I wanted to review some items and well I couldn’t resist!

I was sent a Honey nightdress (£42) and Honey Waterfall Cardigan (£49) in Pewter.

They arrived nicely packaged. The first thing I noticed about both of them is how soft they felt against my skin. Both items can be worn during and after pregnancy.

The nightdress has lace straps which are stretchy and wide which meant they didn’t slip of my shoulders which I often have with strappy nightdresses. It has a hidden support which is ideal for those night feeds and it also has an inner mesh layer which you put your breast pads in, I thought that was a genius idea. The nightdress is ruched at the front so it sits nicely over any bump you have.

I found the nightdress really comfy to wear at night both in bed and relaxing on the sofa. It has been washed several times and tumbled dried and has kept it shape.

The Waterfall Cardigan was my favourite of the two and I am tempted to wear it out as a normal cardigan! It is super soft like the nightdress. I love the ¾ length arms as I have short arms and I find that some can be too big for me. The cardigan can be tied in three different ways which I thought was brilliant. It’s so comfy to wear and would be soft against any newborn’s skin.

Again it washed well. This cardigan will last a long time and is a firm favourite in my wardrobe.
